Hello,

You need to set a custom paragraph style with a custom list style. Please check the included sample LayoutAndGeneral/createParagraphStyle/sample_3.php

Hello,

Yes, you can apply custom list styles and custom paragraph styles to the imported HTML. On https://www.phpdocx.com/documentation/introduction/html-to-word-PHP you can read about this feature and some samples.
