Hi,

we purchased a BASIC licence to be run on a private network.

Our main domain is a public domain with public IP addresses, but only DNS registrations for servers in DMZ are publicly available;

all our servers (dev, test, prod) are on private networks, not publicly accessible, and uses a proxy to connect to the internet.

How can we deal with this?

Hello,

The same license allows using the library on the purchased subdomain (Basic), domain and its subdomains (Advanced and Premium) or a whole IP (Premium), localhost and private networks (classes A, B and C); so you can use the same license on your private networ. If you don't have a public subdomain/domain/IP, you can set localhost as domain to use the library on localhost and private networks. Licenses set to localhost can be changed to other subdomain/domain/IP one time.

Regards.
