3 formatting issues when converting docx to pdf

Hi,

I'm facing 3 formatting issues when converting a docx to pdf, using LibreOffice 6:

1. A horizontal line appears on top of every page, it doesn't exist in docx

2. 3rd level numerical list doesn't reset to 1: For example if you have (1), (2), (3) under 3.1, then later under 5.1 you also have (1), (2)..., when exported to pdf, the list under 5.1 starts from (4) instead of (1)

3. Full page image in docx will cover the page number, but in pdf the page number show through the image.
