Unzip end file error

I have downloaded twice the tar file and when I untar it I get:

gzip: stdin: unexpected end of file

tar: Unexpected EOF in archive

tar: Unexpected EOF in archive

tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

Don't know if any important file is missing after untar
