    Images broken when using replacevariablebyhtml

    Hello, we're using replaceVariablebyHTML to insert some html code with tags in it but none of the images work. They all show as the red x square instead. We are using version 4 of the library and we are using absolute URLs. Anybody using replaceVariablebyHTML to insert images successfully? Thanks.

    Could only make it work with downloadimages => true. Leaving images as external urls it fails.
