Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
I'm having this problem too. Except we haven't changed anything in the template or implementation of the library.
We reinstalled apache and php. Can we see the patch? What modules/extensions may be causing this?
