Every phpdocx version includes new features and improvements. Previously unsupported features may have been added to newer releases, or past issues may have been corrected.
Phpdocx should solve this issue on its own, but you can avoid that spell tags opening the template, clearing the placeholder and rewriting it without using delete key.
