Regarding your question, the current stable version of the native conversion plugin doesn't support "keep next" styles. On https://www.phpdocx.com/documentation/conversion-plugin/preparing-the-templates-for-its-conversion (Supported OOXML tags and attributes when using the native method section), you can read the supported content and styles. In this case, we recommend you use the conversion plugin based on LibreOffice or MS Word.
